My experience with Mold USA and the staff has been exceptional. I had suspected Mold in my apt unit and talked to Jackie on the phone about it. She was very helpful from the very beginning explaining the entire process to me and guiding me through it from their inspection through to recommendations on how the mold should be contained and remediated as well as how to clean my belongings and what to throw out. The inspector who came to my unit to do the inspections was very knowledgeable and thorough. Unfortunately my results came back with high counts of toxic mold and I would not have known this without the inspections as the most toxic mold was hidden behind my kitchen wall and ceiling. Several other tenants in the building also got mold tests done by Mold USA and had toxic mold problems as well.
