Mold USA was founded in 2001 with the intent of bringing Honesty, Integrity and Consisitent Quality to an unknown industry that lacks licensing requirements and proper state legislature.
Our goal is to always go above and beyond the minimal standards that currently exist as well as keeping up with the newest studies and technologies.
We will never use scare tactics nor will we sell the desired results for the promise of continual volume business.

Jaclyn Resnick - President
Jaclyn Resnick founded Mold USA along with her father Paul in 2001. Together they determined that there was a lack of properly trained people that specialized in Residential and Commercial Mold problems. Paul had over 17 years experience in the construction business specializing in Renovation of Hotels and large commercial properties. He had to deal with mold problems on a continual basis. Jaclyn had 11 years experience in Residential and Commercial Real Estate Sales and saw many properties with Mold problems.
Their difficulty in finding professionals with the proper training, experience or honesty in dealing with mold led Paul and Jaclyn to open Mold USA.
Jaclyn spent several months studying all aspects of the mold industry including, Indoor Air Quality, Health Effects of Mold and common Allergens, in-depth inspection techniques, the many causes of mold problems and Mold Remediation. She has studied with the Indoor Air Quality Association, American Indoor Air Quality Council, the International Association of Mold Remediation Specialists (which she sat on the Board of Directors for two years), the Environmental Education Foundation and the Environmental Solutions Association. She has held certifications as a certified indoor environmentalist, is a Registered Mold Inspector, Registered Environmental Expert Witness and Certified Mold Remediator.
Over the past few years she has become a highly respected person in the Mold Industry. She has spoken at health forums, hospitals and seminars. She believes that teaching people the causes and good prevention techniques is invaluable.
Her main focus is to have only the best people in the industry as her associates. Mold USA is a company comprised of people that genuinely care about the work that they do as well as keeping people informed, safe and healthy in their environment.
